MSA TL 15, neat oils for metalworking

MSA TL 15 is a synthetic cutting oil based on GTL (Gas-To-Liquids) oils, which is mainly used for machining sintered metal.

Properties

• Excellent performance.  
• Very good surface qualities thanks to a combination of EP and anti-wear active substances.
• Free from heavy metals, zinc and chlorine compounds.  
• Very low evaporation loss according to Noack.  
• Very good anti-foaming behavior.  
• High flash point.  
• Low mist formation thanks to the use of GTL oils.      

Features    

• Density at 20°C (ASTM D 7042): 830 kg/m3
• Kinematic viscosity at 40°C (ASTM D 7279): 15 mm2/s  
• Flash point (ASTM D 92): 175°C    
• Parts machined with TL 15 can be degreased without residue in solvents and detergents from the INUSTRY range.
• Indicative shelf life: 24 months at -10°C/+40°C
